Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This 75-minute class for beginners and intermediate yogis starts with a briefwarm-up
and centering, and includes sun salutations, standing and seated poses, basic backbends,
and an introduction to inversions. Students develop concentration by linking their posture
to the breath.We end with a short relaxation and a closing meditation.
Yoga Basics for Absolute Beginners This 4-week class meets once a week for 75 minutes to introduce new yogis to the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. Students learn to develop a safe and enjoyable yoga practice by exploring the basics of alignment, breath, and simple asana sequences. Questions from students are strongly encouraged.

Undo tense holding patterns in your posture and whisper good-bye to tight hips, shoulders and hamstrings. Restore your body’s energy reserves as you sink deeply into passive yoga postures supported by bolsters. Hands-on adjustments and a gentle pace allow you to savor these delectable postures more fully.All levels are welcome !
