Namaste! My name is Julie.
I first found yoga in 2014 when I was training for my first half-marathon and it became crucial for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
I found yoga again on YouTube during the COVID pandemic, when I most greatly benefitted from its profound mental health benefits. After finding that my regular power vinyasa practice completely transformed my body and my mind, I became hooked on yoga. In April 2025, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Andrea Fotopoulos and Daniel Orlansky at Boston University.
